The chain is complementary. It is Sterling Silver to enhance the beauty of the Pendant.
Can I purchase the Pendant separate from the box?
The Pendants are an Offering of Love and Devotion! Our box represents a throne for the Lord. We want your Pendant to have proper housing to protect the dignity of your piece.
How do I care for my Pendant?
We want your gift to last a lifetime!
Protect the lens of your piece by avoiding bathing/swimming while wearing it.
Avoid any harsh chemicals coming into contact with the piece.
Only clean with a soft cloth.

What if I don’t see an image inside the Lens?
The image inside the Lens can only be viewed only from one side of the Lens. If you do not see the image please try to take a peek from the other side of the Lens. Each piece is checked before it is boxed and shipped.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use DTDC courier for shipping. Shipping is free of charge within India.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Processing your order takes 3-5 business days and shipping time is 9-13 business days. We use DTDC courier for shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for courier delays due to other circumstances beyond their control.
How To Return A Product?
We do not accept returns. However, if your Product arrives defective, please do email us at mantra4ushop@gmail.com and we will be glad to send you replacement instructions. Each Piece is carefully inspected before packaging it in the box for shipping. But mistakes can happen as we are all humans.
What Should I Know About Pre-Orders?
As we prepare to launch a new Mantra we would love for you to Pre-Order so we can make sure you receive your favourite Mantra as soon as it launches. We work with small quantities as each piece is produced with utmost care. It is then inspected for quality before being shipped to you, our trusted customer.
How To Order A Gift Card?
Please email us at mantra4ushop@gmail.com and we can send you a Gift Card Code along with an email to forward to your dear ones as a gift note so they may choose a Pendant or Charm of their choice. We are working on generating a Gift Card code but please bear with us as we want to avoid any confusion in the process.
