The Pendants are an Offering of Love and Devotion! Our box represents a throne for the Lord. We want your Pendant to have proper housing to protect the dignity of your piece.

We want your gift to last a lifetime! Protect the lens of your piece by avoiding bathing/swimming while wearing it. Avoid any harsh chemicals coming into contact with the piece. Only clean with a soft cloth.

The image inside the Lens can only be viewed only from one side of the Lens. If you do not see the image please try to take a peek from the other side of the Lens. Each piece is checked before it is boxed and shipped.

We use USPS Priority Shipping for US customers. We use USPS International Priority Shipping for International Customers. However, some Countries may charge additional Custom Duties or charges which are beyond our control. Customer is responsible for any such additional charges.

We use USPS Priority Mail shipping within the Continental USA. We do Worldwide shipping within 7-10 days. Please enter your mailing address for the Country and you can see the shipping charges. However, some Countries may charge additional custom duties based on the Country's regulations which are beyond our control. Customer is responsible for any such additional duties or charges. Within the USA about 2-3 days most of the time, except for mail delay due to weather or National Holidays. International shipping varies due to customs clearance in each Country and when they will release the package. We will be glad to provide you a tracking number so you may track your package. Usually International packages will arrive within 2 weeks.

We do not accept returns. However, if your Product arrives defective, please do email us at info@Mantra4u.com and we will be glad to send you replacement instructions. Each Piece is carefully inspected before packaging it in the box for shipping. But mistakes can happen as we are all humans.

As we prepare to launch a new Mantra we would love for you to Pre-Order so we can make sure you receive your favourite Mantra as soon as it launches. We work with small quantities as each Lens is produced in the US with utmost care. Each Lens is then hand installed right here in the USA and is then inspected for quality before being shipped to you, our trusted customer.

Please email us at info@Mantra4u.com and we can send you a Gift Card Code along with an email to forward to your dear ones as a gift note so they may choose a Pendant or Charm of their choice. We are working on generating a Gift Card code but please bear with us as we want to avoid any confusion in the process.
